Common Questions

What clients ask
before they start.

Can you work across multiple properties on a recurring basis?

Yes. This is the core of the relationship for most of our property management clients. We can establish standing scopes and response times across a portfolio.

How quickly can you respond to a unit turn request?

Response and scheduling times are set as part of a standing service agreement, and we prioritize vacant, revenue-losing units.

Do you invoice per property or per portfolio?

Either. We structure billing to match how you manage your portfolio, per-property or consolidated.

Can we set up a standing service agreement?

Yes. We work with several property managers and concierge firms on ongoing agreements that cover recurring maintenance and project work.
