Inspired by the Elysian Fields.

Elysian Fields: An eternal paradise in ancient Greek mythology. A place or state of bliss, felicity, or delight. The name reflects what we believe a finished space should feel like: considered, enduring, and worth the investment.

"An MBA-led construction firm founded to address client pain points with communication, accountability, and professionalism in the industry."

Construction should feel organized, intentional, and professionally managed from the very beginning.

At Elysium Construction, the client experience is built around clarity. Before work begins, we take the time to understand the vision, define the scope, outline the budget, and establish a realistic path forward. Every project is approached with the belief that clients should feel informed and supported, not overwhelmed by unanswered questions, unclear pricing, or avoidable surprises.

Founded by Juan Soto, a licensed general contractor with a Master of Business Administration, Elysium brings together construction knowledge and business discipline. That combination allows us to manage projects with a higher level of structure: thoughtful planning, clear documentation, reliable communication, careful subcontractor coordination, and proactive attention to cost, schedule, and risk.

For clients, the value is simple. You gain more than a contractor. You gain a steady, accountable partner who understands that a successful project is not only measured by the finished space, but by the confidence, transparency, and professionalism experienced along the way.

How We Work

What we commit to
on every project.

01

Defined scope before work begins

Every project starts with a written estimate that defines what is included, what is excluded, and what the cost is, before a single dollar changes hands or a nail is driven.

02

One point of contact, start to finish

You communicate with us, not a rotating cast of subcontractors. We coordinate the trades, manage the schedule, and keep you informed at every milestone.

03

Transparent pricing and change orders

If the scope changes, we document it in a written change order before any additional work proceeds. No verbal agreements, no surprise invoices at the end.

04

Permits handled correctly

We pull the appropriate permits for every project that requires them and see the work through to final inspection and certificate of completion.

05

Licensed subcontractors only

Every trade on site, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, framing, is performed by a licensed, insured subcontractor. We do not cut corners on who does the work.

06

Final walk-through on every project

We do not consider a project complete until we walk through it with you. Punch-list items are addressed before we close the project, not after.

before they start.

Who founded Elysium Construction and what is their background?
