For waterfront homes, we coordinate with the Broward County Environmental Protection and Growth Management Division when work near seawalls or docks is involved.
All permitting runs through the City of Fort Lauderdale Development Services Department. We manage the full permit process, application through final inspection, so the project moves on a defined schedule rather than waiting on discovery.
