Miami, FL

Building inside the city itself.

The City of Miami is dense and varied, historic single-family neighborhoods like Little Havana and Shenandoah, warehouse-district conversions in Wynwood, and high-rise residential towers downtown and in Edgewater. There is no single Miami housing type, and no single scope that fits all of it.

Our work inside the city limits spans residential renovation in older single-family neighborhoods, commercial buildouts in Wynwood’s converted warehouse spaces, and interior renovation for downtown and Edgewater condominium units.

As a licensed, insured, and MBA-managed general contractor, we manage City of Miami permitting, coordinate every trade, and scope each project around the specific building, whether that’s a 1930s bungalow or a thirty-story tower.

What we know about building in Miami.

City Permitting

The City of Miami maintains its own building department, distinct from unincorporated Miami-Dade. We manage plan submission, review, and inspections directly through the City.

Historic Neighborhoods

Areas like Little Havana and parts of Shenandoah include older housing stock and, in places, historic designation review for exterior work. We scope projects with that review in mind from the start.

High-Rise Coordination

Condominium renovation in Miami’s urban core requires association approval and building-management scheduling. We manage that process alongside city permitting.
