Kitchen & Bath Remodels
Full kitchen and bathroom renovations for Key Biscayne homes and condominiums, finished to a coastal-durable standard.
Waterfront renovation and construction for a barrier-island village built to coastal standards.
Request a ConsultationKey Biscayne is a barrier island reached by the Rickenbacker Causeway, and every project here is built to Florida’s High-Velocity Hurricane Zone code, the strictest wind and impact standards in the country. Windows, doors, roofing, and structural connections all carry requirements well beyond inland construction.
Most of our work on the island is renovation for single-family homes and condominium units, kitchens, baths, impact-rated openings, and full interior renovations for owners who want their homes to perform as well as they look.
As a licensed, insured, and MBA-managed general contractor, we manage the Village’s permitting process, coordinate every trade, and hold the coastal-construction standard on every detail, visible or not.

Full renovations for single-family homes and condominium units, coordinated with building association requirements where applicable.
Impact-rated window and door replacement, roofing, and building-envelope work built to Miami-Dade’s High-Velocity Hurricane Zone code.
Key Biscayne falls within Miami-Dade’s High-Velocity Hurricane Zone, requiring impact-rated windows, doors, and reinforced structural detailing on nearly every project. We build to that code as a baseline, not an upgrade.
The Village of Key Biscayne maintains its own permitting process, separate from the rest of Miami-Dade. We manage submissions and inspections through that office directly.
A large share of the island is condominium buildings with association rules governing renovations. We coordinate approvals with building management alongside Village permitting.
Whether you're remodeling a kitchen, planning an addition, or considering a whole-home renovation in Key Biscayne, the conversation starts here.
